introduced me to this little trick! This company has created a very slick service in providing an appetising menu, with precisely portioned ingredients, minimising waste, with detailed instruction and an incredibly satisfying meal.
is meeting a very stark need. Whether you’ve got little to no time to shop for groceries, or are plum out of ideas, or just want a home cooked meal that feels like you’re going out, this is your ticket. How much? It depends on which programme you choose. I’ve found it to be very reasonable. Close to and perhaps a little less than what my own grocery bill would total.

Cycle at low tide? Beach volleyball? Spring is here. Play outside!!
This is a 62 year old client of mine pumping out a few sets of pushups! It’s taken time to build her form and strength, but her consistent and solid effort has seen her make gains. I’m proud of the work she’s done to get this far. Keep building.

Interestingly, 2013 was declared International year of Quinoa by the United Nations due to its high nutritional value and the potential for it provide food security worldwide.

Working on the lower body is a personal favourite of mine. Seeing gains in over all strength/physique and functionality as a result, massive motivation. Ari’s dedication to his health especially after his debilitating motor vehicle accident (years earlier) now sees him enjoying a highly active lifestyle. He’s been working on increasing the depth of his squat, while maintaining a neutral spine. Pushing the knees wide, really engaging his glutes and getting more overall drive in his squats. I like to follow Dr. Stuart McGills biomechanic principles when it comes to spinal biomechanics in the squat. I’ve seen several individuals improve what were otherwise chronic issues by applying his work.
