First time competing Natural Physique Athletics & Association. Wow, it was such an incredible experience. It's a beautiful sport, meeting new amazing friends and I love competing.
I do believe healthy eating and working out is the key to success.

My favourite workout is pull-ups. It works all of the muscles in your body your back and biceps. I remember way back, I couldn't pull myself up. Now it's simple to do. Do the hard things first and then it becomes easy. Do you agree?
