Welcome to this page!!
I created this page a couple years ago for a platform to share my health and wellness journey and to be honest I was still figuring it out myself (and still am). I truly want to be able to offer workouts, inspiration and tips of how I maintain balance in my health journey.
30 days have started! keep yas all posted on how my team is doing and how we are being successful!! next group will start May 1 for anyone looking to jump in!

I was working hard at the gym, and eating healthy but my 30 days just helped clear that extra fluff from bloating, indigestion and unnecessary calories so if you feel you are killing it at the gym but want better results this is a good place to start. 😍

HOW TO HEALTH RULE #1:
#1 : How do you talk to yourself? How do you talk about others journey to health? SO important! Do you point out the best parts of someone else and than turn around and point out the worst parts of yourself? Or do you see someone making an effort towards their health and happiness and criticize them for ‘doing it wrong’?
Wake up today and name something you LOVE about yourself... its not easy but DO IT!!!!! ❤
