How to prepare for your Brazilian appointment like a pro! 👌

Here’s my ultimate prep list:

✨ GROW THE GARDEN- hair needs to be at least 1/4 inch (think length of a grain of rice 🌾)

✨ exfoliate the area gently a day before to remove dead skin cells

✨ avoid applying creams, lotions, or oils on the day of the appointment

✨ wear loose, comfortable clothing to prevent irritation after the treatment

✨ stay hydrated to keep your skin in top condition

✨ take a pain reliever if needed, about 30 minutes before your appointment

✨ relax, breathe, and trust the process for silky smooth results 🍯🌟

This can be caused by a daily activities such as, working out, s*x, different clothing fabrics, sweating, etc.

Ingrown hairs happen from time to time. You can be following all of your aftercare instructions and BAM, one appears.

It’s totally normal. Daily habits like sweaty workouts, s*x, tight clothing can all be factors in why those ingrowns appear.

Follow these steps and treat those nasty little buggers ✨

💥 IMPORTANT 💥

If you want OPTIMAL results with sugaring, your hair needs to be at least 1/4 inch long. Think like a grain of rice (if you’re unsure, you can always measure 🌾🤣)

If your hair is too short, the sugar will not be able to grab the hair and you’ll be left with stubble and nobody wants that.

If you’re coming for your first ever sugaring appointment, stop shaving for about 2 weeks 👍

If you sugar regularly, growth should be about 4 weeks. 👏
