Sorry Ive been very inconsistent with posting in here but this one got me excited!! Every month, our wellness shop club offers fun incentives for us and our shoppers to earn!

Happy Wellness Wednesday!!! Let’s talk about our everyday household essentials! Most of us use at least 10 products before we leave the house (shampoo, cleanser, deoderant, toothpaste, mascara, etc). Do you know that most of our national brands contain harmful ingredients that have been shown to disrupt our hormones and increase risk of cancer, among other things? It’s a real bummer knowing that such ingredients are being allowed, but maybe you’re already aware and have been on the non-toxic band wagon with your products for awhile? If so, I LOVE that for you!!!🤗
Something I don’t love is this list below. Have you seen it? It’s a few years old now, and I’m sure many other companies have been added to it. Again, it’s a bummer. It seems the more I learn, the more things I love get put on the Do Not Use list.😕
The good news is, I’ve found a wellness company I TRUST. They have cleaner, greener, less toxic products delivered to my door at same or better pricing than Walmart! That’s peace of mind!!!

With each new day strive to be one percent better than you were the day before. You’ve got this, keep pushing forward and success will follow 💕

Take a deep breath—you’ve made it this far, and that’s no small feat. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed, but don’t let it define you. Rest if you need to, but don’t give up. You’re stronger than this moment, and tomorrow will thank you for pushing through today. You’ve got this!
