Now, let's talk about some friendly rules we have in place to ensure the best experience for everyone involved:

1️⃣ Please come alone to your appointment, as we want to provide a calm and focused atmosphere for our time together.
2️⃣ As much as I love a good chat, I kindly ask that we refrain from smoke breaks during your appointment, as our time is carefully scheduled.
3️⃣ For payment, I accept cash or Emt (e-transfer) for your convenience.
4️⃣ To secure your spot, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
5️⃣ It's essential that we discuss your desired nail designs prior to your appointment, so we can bring your vision to life flawlessly.
6️⃣ Please arrive on time for your appointment, as punctuality ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience. If you happen to arrive early, I kindly request that you wait until your designated appointment time to enter.
7️⃣ In case of unexpected delays, the maximum allowable late arrival is 13 minutes, as we want to ensure we can dedicate ample time to create your dream nails.
8️⃣ Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or if you're more than 13 minutes late.
9️⃣ To make the booking process convenient for both of us, please reach out via WhatsApp text. I kindly ask that you refrain from calls or video calls for appointments.
