There was a time when I believed I needed to escape somewhere, in order to find peace.
I have come to learn that peace is something we intentionally create.π«
My bsckyard oasis has become more than a beautiful space. It's where I slow down enough to listen and hear myself again.
It's where I let the day end.
Where I remember to breathe a little deeper and allow gratitude to replace noise.
I've learned that our nervous system is not only shaped by the big moments in life, it responds to the small routines we return to again and again that allow us to feel safe, loved and supported from within. π«Ά
For me, this is ny place.
A reminder that rest isn't something we earn but something we deserve.
May we all create and find spaces and places inside and around us that lead us home to ourselves. β€οΈβ¨
What is a place that brings you back to you? Fill my heart and tell me all about it. π
Sometimes it's a drive in the country to a beautiful farm. Uniting in community, goat yoga andvunexpected cuddles, pausing and remembering how good it feels to laugh and be present in the moment. πβ¨

As we celebrate all the remarkable dad's and husbands with Father's Day just passing. π
Let me take a moment here to share and celebrate this amazing man and light of my life.
Life with you has been and continues to be the most heartfilling and amazing adventure, filled with laughter, love, growth and most of all joy.π
This picture of you at the Hockey Hall of Fame standing beside the Stanley Cup feels so fitting because you bring that same loyalty, passion, dedication and excitement into everything you do and everyone you touch. π«
I still remember the day our beautiful little girl was born like it was yesterday. π©· We were so young and I was so terrified of what the future would look like. In that moment I will never forget how you grabbed my hands looked into my eyes and said, βWe are now a family.β Just like that, all my fears faded and my heart filled with safety and excitement.
Meeting you when I needed you so much has blessed me with the most remarkable love filled days of my life. You are a truly amazing father, husband, papa and friend. Hardworking, loyal, dedicated, full of generosity and love for our family and friends are just a few of the amazing qualities that make me truly honored and blessed to be your wife. You are my everything and more than I could ever ask for or deserve. Somedays I feel like pinching myself to make sure ypu are real. β€οΈ
Those of you who know our story know what an incredible man you are and those who donβt, Iβm happy to share it with you π₯°
You are truly my everything and more than I could ever ask for or deserve.
Happy belated Fatherβs Day to the most amazing man our family could ever ask for β€οΈ You are loved beyond words and apprecited more than we can ever show.
Thank ypu for making my heart WHOLE.
Love you always and forever.
Yesterday's yoga in the park was pure magic.π«
Two beautiful souls Kimberley Brochu and Iskwew Health β€ held space for us to slow down, breathe, and simply be. π₯°
Surrounded by dancing dandelions, making wishes in the sunshine, I was reminded that presence and community are truly some of life's greatest gifts. Those unexpected new connections made under the trees. They have a special way of filling the heart in the most beautiful ways. ππΌπ§ββοΈ
There is magic everywhere in everyday if we pause to let it find us. π
This morning I had music playing and was making a coffee when this beautiful song came on.
Before I could think, before I could analyze and before I could tell myself I was ok
My body responded.
A tightening in my chest. A lump in my throat. Tears gathering in my eyes.
The song reminds me so deeply of my dad. Although he has been gone for years, moments like this remind me that grief doesn't follow a timeline.
I've learned that grief is not something we "get over."
It's something we learn to carry differently.
For a long time I thought sadness meant something was wrong. Now I see it differently.
Sometimes the ache is simply love remembering.
Sometimes the tears are a reminder that someone mattered and was loved deeply.
And sometimes what comes forward in the body is not asking to be fixed but simply asking to be acknowledged.π©·
So instead of pushing the feeling away, I pause.
I breathe.
I listen.
And I let the moment be what it is, a feeling a hello. π€
Have you ever had a song bring someone you love back into the room?
Last night, when most of the world was winding down, I was transforning the studio into my very own danceclub doing one of my favorite forms of self-care π₯°
Lights Off
Music on
Red light glowing
Dancing.
Sweeping
Resetting space
Not because the studio needed cleaning.
Because sometimes I do. π©·
I've learned that before we welcome in a new week, it is so powerful to pause and ask:
β¨ What energy am I carrying forward?
β¨ What am I ready to release?
β¨ What do I want more of this week?
As the song says, there will always be someone or something standing in your way.
Doubt
Fear
Overthinking
Stress
Old stories
The question is - will you let it stop you?
This week, I'm choosing movement over stagnation.
Trust over fear.
Presence over pressure.
And maybe the magic isn't in having everything figured out.
Maybe it's simply in creating space for something new to enter.π«
I encourage you to ask youraelf what energy am I bringing into this week?

Yesterday while packing for the Butterfly Garden event, my root chakra bowl slipped and shattered at my feet.πββοΈ
I expected to feel anger, frustration and loss but upon reflection my response was a loud gasp and clench to my heart followed by calmness.
Taking a closer look at the broken bowl a thought came through:
"The strength was never in the bowl itself or its tall walls but was now in the smaller pieces gathered together."
Just like community we find support and strength when we come together.
Each one of us bring our own experiences, struggles, and gifts. By comimg together, we create something stronger, more beautiful, and more powerful than any one of us could build alone.
π¦ Sometimes what appears broken is simply transforming into a new way of serving. The pieces of this bowl will be used to create new beauty and magic.
Stay tuned and watch it transform and inspire. π«
I have several ideas in mind and would love to hear more for you. π
My day started with a heavy heart. After spending the day surrouded by so much love and magical energy my heart was full and peacefull.
