Thank you to our friends from for delivering so manygoodies to our kids … through Volunteering Reiki sessions to kids our amazing families raised $100 to them. Full circle indeed. Community work goes hand to hand you guys… beyond grateful ❤️🙏🏻

I feel this call to start to offer Reiki for kids and teens ( 6-16 years old) . Reiki treatments are safe and non invasive . Children today are dealing with anxiety, fears, peer pressures and educational pressures. With time Reiki becomes very helpful to balance the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. The calming practice of Reiki can benefit children by promoting relaxation and confidence. Other benefits are improves concentration, enhances self awareness and self esteem, improves sleep quality.
