What's comforts you on your period? Chocolate and essential oils are my go to for comfort when Aunt Flo is visiting.

Dark chocolate has many benefits, such as weight loss, increased blood flow and magnesium. It's no wonder I love it! It can ease menstrual cramps, and satisfy my cravings 🥰

Peppermint essential oil is great for sore muscles, and has a cooling affect. Rolling some on my belly and back not only ease my sore muscles and cramps, but the smell takes away the nausea that I can sometimes get. 🎉
