Sunrise yoga at the beach was like a dream this weekend 🧘🏻‍♀️. But let’s get real. Mornings aren’t always idealized versions like this. Sometimes they are messy, busy, sleepy, hectic…we all have our own versions of reality and our own versions of ideal. For me, the perfect morning involves taking time to watch the sun rise on my mat at the beach while moving the sleep out of my body and stimulating the creativity in my mind. For me, most days reality looks a lot more like rushing to make lunches and getting kiddos dressed and out the door for school while hopefully slurping a smoothie. 🙃 What’s your ideal morning vs your every day reality??
