I love helping people feel the best they possibly can.

I’m a holistic nutritionist and lymphatic therapy specialist with 15+ years bridging science, tradition, and results. After over a decade in emergency care, research, and hospital administration, I realized how much we can actually do for our own health.

Looking and feeling your best requires harmony between the mind, body, and soul. This perspective led me to fall in love with DermaShape — a non-invasive body contouring treatment that combines therapeutic heat and vacuum suction to stimulate lymphatic drainage, break down fat congestion, reduce fluid retention, and sculpt the body.
