Dinner! 😊 I made "crack"slaw and had half an avacado. Lol! It was pretty good 👌🏾

So as a bariatric patient I do have tummy issues that occasionally arise. Like gas, bloating, gut maintenance. I was introduced to this tea from Total Life Changes and I've tried their wonderful Iaso tea so I figured I'd get this one and I really like it so far! 😊 It's made with Dextrin Fiber, vitamin D, Tumeric, antioxidants, ginger and some other fancy ingredients 😌 I like that I can just quickly add it to my water and sip. It has a nice citric flavour! 🍊
