got breakfast🧐
I’m super stoked to have my close friend Meaghan Pennell running a breakfast club for the first 2 weeks of June! 🍳

☀️May long weekend - the unofficial kick off to summer 🧐
all the summer vibes this weekend and I’m not one bit mad about it!
lots and lots and lots of yard work ✅
kilometres of beach walked ✅
sun kissed cheeks✅
all age friendly mocktails ✅
okay, so you may or may not know I’m a bit of wine lover 🙈
but this mocktail is to good not to share! it’s filled with flavour but not over powered, a bit of bubbles, super hydrating and most importantly delicious 🤤
1 litre of water (bonus points if it’s in a giant mason jar or fancy glass 😉
1 packet of citrus fizz stick 🍊
1 packet of açai berry collagen 🔺
1 quarter/half fresh squeezed lemon juice lemon 🍋
optional:
half can of bubbly//carbonated water 💦
〰️stir until packets are dissolved , add ice (lots of ice) and enjoy this fruit candy mock-tail concoction 〰️

My friend Katie MacInnis and I have been chatting about this for the last several weeks. We are going to make the trip across Canada (virtually) by walking, biking, running, crawling etc as a way to keep us moving during the month of May (in reality it may take a bit longer 🙊)

people are constantly asking me what I don’t eat and how much I exercise to get from the left to the right in this picture
then they don’t believe me or give an eye roll when I say I eat whatever I want, guilt free without a diet and exercise 30 minutes a day
my thought is why is it so hard to believe that you can enjoy food, move your body and not restrict everything under the sun?☀️ then I remember the girl on the left, she was year 12yrs of yo-yo diet, restrictive eating, compulsively working out, binge eating then cycling back and repeating this cycle 🌀
I worked hard on my MIND not on my BODY over the last 2+years and I’ve come to the belief that traditional diet don’t work and can cause damage to a person
since I kicked the diet idea and started moving my body because of the benefits it has for me (not as punishment for what I ate) I started noticing the small changes which in turn have taken me from a > b 🙂 I can show you how, I just need you to be open to it and forget everything you’ve heard 😉 drop me a dm to get my three daily hacks of getting started!
