Here are the skincare habits I want you to say se ya ✌🏾 to in 2022.
Popping your pimples
If you finger is twitching to pop, put on a pimple patch instead
Sleeping in your makeup
Don't do it chicas. Why would you want all the oil debris , dead skin and geime from the day to seep into your pores. Doing this can cause acne or premature aging down the line.
Having an irratic sleep schedule
You need your sleep. When your sleeping this is the time your body repairs itself.
Changing your skincare routine to often
It takes at least 28 days to see results from a new product. For some products it takes even longer. You want to make sure you are giving your skin enough time to get used to these new products before jumping to the next skincare trend.
