We operate exclusively by appointment.

To hold your service, a card will be required at the time of the service booking fee. You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

We do not issue refunds, but we guarantee our work and products. Our products and services are exchangeable within 7 days of service/purchase and are not applicable for online orders, replacement only. Thank you!!!

Our SMALL, MEDIUM, or LARGE-sized FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE includes:
Separating Roots/ Crochet/ Interlock/ Tightening Roots to Tips/ Making Dreads Smaller or Larger/ Fixing Sectioning Pattern/ Hydration Products/ Scalp Treatment/ Fixing Holes and Weak Spots/ Option to Round Tips/ Adding in hair to make hair more even and have a better aesthetic.

🪮CREATION OF DREADLOCKS
Offering Twist & Rip Technique/ Crochet Technique/ Interlock Technique/ Sisterloc Technique/ MicroLocs Technique/ or Back Comb Technique. The best technique for your hair texture will be determined at the time of your appointment by our specialists.

🪮DREADLOCK EXTENSIONS
Adding extensions to extend the length of the natural hair is considered an extension. Temporary or permanent options are available.

$100 - SINGLES / 1 hr- Creation of dreads up to 1 hour of work.

$300 - SMALL / 1-3 hrs- A small job is for short length hair up to the eyes, Standard thickness of hair, with the option of loose ends. Partial head. Small Loc Bridge or small job for creation or extensions.

$500 - STANDARD / 3-5 hrs- A medium job is for hair from the eyes to shoulders length, Medium to thick hair, option of loose or rounded ends. Partial head or Full head.

$800 - LARGE/ 5-8 hrs- A large job is for long length hair, thick hair or very small dreads, option of loose or rounded ends. Full head.

$120 - 8+ Hours of work/ $120/hr

🪮LOC BRIDGE-
Creating locs in the place of no hair to cover hair loss or bald spots. This is an advanced dreadlock extension technique.

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Salon Coordinator & Dreadlock Hairstylist to join our team.

This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations within our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our stylists and clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities and experience in retail or technical sales are highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding salon experiences.

Responsibilities
-Greet clients warmly and manage appointment scheduling efficiently using POS systems
-Assist clients with product selections and provide product demos when appropriate
-Handle cashiering duties, including cash handling, processing payments, and balancing registers
-Upsell salon services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
-Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the salon environment is clean and inviting
-Manage phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, providing information and booking appointments
-Support stylist needs by coordinating schedules and ensuring timely service delivery
-Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the salon environment
-Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product ordering
-Perform for clients on site, including selling products
-Operate Etsy and online stores, including messaging and shipping out items.
-Create products for an online store, as well as purchasing materials
-Post Facebook Marketplace adds daily and coordinate client inquiries
-Ideal living location for the candidate is close to the Studio, in Le Plateau

Skills
-Multilingual or bilingual skills (English & French required) to effectively communicate with diverse clients
-Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Proficiency in technology sales, POS systems, and basic math for transactions
-Experience with retail sales, merchandising, and product demonstrations
-Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting
-Demonstrated organizational skills to maintain a tidy workspace and manage appointments smoothly
-Phone etiquette expertise for handling inquiries professionally
-Upselling abilities to promote services and products confidently
-Hair styling or dreadlock making skills a plus- but we also train! We perform all hair textures at our salon.

Schedule Availability:
All shifts are on an ON CALL basis, and as required basis
Monday-Friday 2pm-8pm
Saturday & Sunday 10am-6pm
