Even though we cannot physically gather at Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort & Conference Centre or the Grotto Spa at Tigh-Na-Mara they still spoil our racers and of course you can always spoil yourself by booking in your own spa retreat! Cozy toes on a rainy day. These socks will remind you of the crazy year it has been and I’m sure add a comedic hop in your step on race day! . Every racer gets these in their race kits. There are only 3 registration spaces left!!

Look at these treats! Race Kits are all packed up and ready to go! We have mailed out most of them BUT anyone living in Nanaimo can pick up their kit at the Running Room at Country Club.
Tuesday/Wednesday 10am to 6pm. Thursday/Friday 11am to 7pm. Saturday/Sunday 10am to 5pm.

It’s so beautiful out there. Fall running is the best!🍂🍁. It’s almost Race day. Make sure you register so you can spoil yourself after you run on November 8th. I have a feeling you are going to run anyways😜
