🎉 Happy 13-Year Work Anniversary, Emily! 💜
May was a busy month for Emily, but it’s also been a perfect example of who she is. While we celebrated her anniversary, she was tackling a run in the mountains, volunteering her time to educate kids at the Grow Kids event, & somehow still finding a way to rock everything she does.

For 13 years, she has been making a difference through her incredible physiotherapy skills, her kind heart, and that signature smile that lights up a room ✨

Emily, thank you for the care, positivity, and passion you bring to our clients, our team, and our community. We’re so lucky to have you as part of the Collegiate family. 💜

“Is intermittent fasting helpful for weight loss in perimenopause?” 👀

It’s often talked about like a magic fix—but in reality, it doesn’t play out that way for most women.

What I usually see is either:
• Under-eating all day and feeling awful
• Or getting so hungry that evenings turn into overeating

During perimenopause, the body tends to respond much better to consistency—regular meals, balanced blood sugar, less grazing, daily movement, and habits that actually support your system as a whole. 💭

Today we celebrate the people who keep everything running behind the scenes. 💙
Our admin team is the first smile you see, the steady voice on the phone, and the reason our days run as smoothly as they do.

Thank you for your organization, your patience, and the care you show every single day—we truly couldn’t do it without you. 🙌
Happy Admin Professionals Day!

As baseball and fastpitch athletes transition into competition, the biggest challenge isn’t skill — it’s how the body handles the sudden increase in demand.
Because at the end of the day…if you can’t control it, you can’t handle it.

Okay hear me out… stress might be worse for your health than junk food. 👀

As a Nutritional Counselor, I see it all the time—while food matters, chronic stress often has the bigger impact. It affects your blood sugar, sleep, cravings, digestion, and how your body feels day to day.

So many women are trying to “eat better” while running on empty… and that stress load is often the missing piece. 💭
