Hi everyone! I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a little about my practice.

I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2020 and offer a variety of massage services, with many of my clients coming to me for deep tissue work. My approach is to view the body as a whole—assessing and addressing areas of pain and tension so you can move and feel your best. 💆‍♀️

You’ll find us just outside beautiful Salmon Arm, near Larch Hills Winery. We offer direct billing to most insurance companies and have flexible hours including evening’s and Saturdays.
