Roadtrip staycation with my girl @ibbtravel We checked out the orange bridge at Outlook then made our way to Dakota Dunes Resort for an overnight getaway. 

They have e-bikes you can rent and take out on their 6km trail around the golf course, plus on-site dining and a pool on the top floor to hang out and relax. We also spent time learning how to build a tipi in the traditional Dakota style and enjoyed bannock and tea afterwards. I am only days away from my first group trip to Bali and I am SO excited about it!

Which leads me to sharing a bit about my second trip to the Colorado Rocky Mountains this summer.

This trip is for those with an interest in camping and trying some pretty cool outdoor activities like sand boarding, white water rafting, e-biking and of course some light hiking to incredible viewpoints - all in a supportive group-travel environment.

No need to be an expert either, this is a trip designed for people who enjoy the outdoors and are maybe looking to meet others with the same interest or increase their learning and experience in a safe group setting.

Flights aren’t included but Denver is very drivable from Saskatchewan.

This is a participatory camping trip so everyone helps with setting up camp and cooking meals. Guides teach the best methods for quick set up and take down of tents and lead the cooking, providing clear instructions and oversight. If you’ve never set up camp or cooked outdoors before, this is the perfect opportunity to learn under expert supervision!

All camping and cooking equipment (except for a sleeping bag and pillow) will be provided!
