What a luxurious liver cleaner, cant wait for these mammoth to reach maturity!
Three plants this year- I will probably end up with no fingers by the end of harvest... but Hey! - my liver will 💚 me.
And so it begins, everything is starting to pop and grow!

Roselle Hibiscus is coming along nicely, rough start germinating it during the winter, but is 🩷LOVING💜 in the greenhouse.
It even has a baby friend 🌺
Living in a 60 liter cloth basket, with a maturing top out of 7'H x 5'w (ish).... will I be able to get it back inside for the winter and keep it alive 😬... stay tuned

Stinging Nettle
Pumpkin seeds
Garlic
Shredded Mozza
Salt
Olive oil
Process:
Blanch Nettle
Postal and Mortar Pumpkin seeds and Garlic
Add Salt, cheese and Nettle
Blend with Olive oil
Pour over pasta
