Ever “sat on something for a while” then bing-bang-boom, that was 6 months ago and nothing has happened? 😬🗓

Maybe it’s time to do something different. 💁‍♀️

Don’t worry, I’m preachin’ to myself too… but I’m not here to pretend everyone else doesn’t do it and I’m not gonna NOT call it out!

If you’ve been silently waiting for a waving sign that says “it’s time to do the thing,” maybe this is it. The best thing I could’ve realized way back in the day is that “the right time will never come,” so the right time is NOW… so I’ll tell it to you.

I’m gonna get real with you...I’m sick and tired of the pressure women feel this day in age to do ALL the things.

There’s no badge of honor for sleeping 4 hours per night because you’re up late cleaning the house, doing the laundry, scrubbing toilets, being the homework helper, trying to be Pinterest mom of the year with the most complicated birthday treats, working 12 hour days at a soul-sucking job, doing the grocery shopping, running kids between school events and sports practice, etc.

I get it...life is busy. It’s crazy, especially right now.

But I want you to remember...you CAN’T be ALL things to ALL people.

It’s ok to 👏ASK 👏FOR 👏HELP.

It’s ok to 👏SAY 👏NO.

For crying out loud, give your favorite bakery in town some business and buy the dang birthday treats. Ask your friend to carpool and share rides. Hire a high school kid to clean your house. Ask for a raise that matches your worth. Ask your husband to help with dishes or homework. GO TO BED!

I know it’s scary to admit you need help...but trust me, you won’t regret it.

One of the biggest transformations I’ve made along my health journey is my nutrition🍓 and my mindset

I used to struggle BIG time with my mindset around food, counting calories, and feeling guilty about “cheating.”

It was quite the vicious cycle for me and after years of battling my restricting and binging habits, I had had it.

That’s when I started following the portion fix system and learned what a proper portion was. I learned that I CAN have treats in moderation and I don’t ever have to feel like I’m on a diet or depriving myself. Talk about !!! 🙌

My confidence have drastically improved and my life is so much more enjoyable.

Wanna know the SECRET SAUCE to getting fit?💪

Focusing on being HEALTHY first and foremost
CONSISTENCY!

So many people have these huge goals of 'getting fit,' having 6 pack abs, toned thighs, and weighing a certain number of pounds.

Here’s the thing though...after you start working out and don’t see 6 pack abs within a few days, people get frustrated. They start going back to their old ways of eating Cheetos for dinner and ditching their workouts.

So instead, let’s focus on being HEALTHY!

✖️No numbers on the scale!

🌟YOU. Focus on YOUR health and the best version of you.

Find the workouts that make you feel GOOD...that you ENJOY.

Cook the meals that you LOVE...that still FUEL your body.

Connect with LIKE MINDED people who are going to SUPPORT you.

If you do those 3 things, you’ll naturally become more consistent because you won’t EVER want to go back to feeling like you did before.

I’ve always struggled with slowing down and enjoying the moment, especially when I have a to-do list of things I need to get done.

But, I’m really working on being disciplined with my REST and being intentional about slowing it down on Sundays, so I’m going to be encouraging you to do the same all month! 😊
