Hello✨ I'm Cher, a 23-year-old girl from Hong Kong. I grew up in a Chinese culture that didn't promote dressing up, yet it had strict beauty standards. This often made me feel average. I'd compare myself to girls who seemed naturally beautiful, feeling a dip in my confidence every time I looked in the mirror. I struggled to appreciate and love myself, often feeling like I blended into the crowd instead of standing out.

However, things started to change when I dived into the world of skincare, makeup, and fashion. They helped me find a better version of myself. I gradually learned to love who I am and gained confidence. I also carved out my own style and beauty standards regardless of societal expectations. More than just the outer changes, it was the daily self-care rituals that truly transformed me. Each brush stroke, every skincare routine, and the choice of outfit every morning became acts of self-love.

For me, understanding beauty wasn't a sudden realisation. It's a journey. It's not about how the world perceives you, but how you see and love yourself. That's why I decided to start "Cher Beauty", where I share beauty tips covering 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐮𝐩, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐨𝐧.
