Mother’s are such a special gift. They are everything and such a vital piece of their children. I was blessed with one of the best Moms. She sacrificed so much for me growing up. She is an important part of my village as an adult. She loves her children unconditionally no matter how much we screw up or how terrible and selfish we can be sometimes. I am so grateful for her love and support. Her bond with Jessie is so beautiful. I couldn’t be the women and Mom I am today without her and I am eternally grateful that I have her in my life still and we live together. Even though she can drive me crazy I love her more then anything. I love you Mommy and thank you! 🌹 ❤️

We all get a break outs now and again. Some of us all the time. What can we do at home to minimize our break outs and get rid of them faster............
•The first step is to have a skin care regime. At minimal it should include a cleanser, toner and moisturizer. You should be washing your face morning and before bed.
•A great way to help keep skin clearer is with exfoliating. I have tried many devices am very happy with my Lumispa. It is water proof, is rechargeable (no batteries required) and is very easy to keep clean and sanitary. It is an investment as it is not cheap but very worth the cost. If you want one or have any questions about them DM me and I can hook you up! There is many benefits to exfoliating.
•Next hack is to use a lancet, needle or safety pin and just gently poke a hole in the white head to allow the pus to excrete without putting to much pressure on the skin. These are one time use and plus sterilize before use. Remember you are just opening the pore no digging around.
•When applying pressure use a comedome extractor and move the angle around until all the pus and skin cells come out. The pore is clean when a pearly ball is released. Again do not apply hard pressure and try different angles and push from under the pimple not the sides. If the pearly ball is stuck use tweezers to pul it out.
•Comedone extractor:
Sephora, Amazon etc etc all have them.
•If you have removed a pimple and are left with a hole or if you where too hard and now you have a wound a way to help it heal faster is to put hydrocortisone on it. It speeds up the healing
•If you need a help reduce the inflammation of a pustule a way to get some quick relief is with diaper cream. I used Sudocream and saw great improvement within three days.
•Please make sure to tone after any extractions and always moisturize after cleansing. Oily skin still needs moisture. Make sure it’s an oil free moisturizer.
•Always clean and sterilize your tools after use.
•I hope these lil hacks and tips help you get through this quarantine and feel your best self well we are all missing our esthetician’s.
•Stay safe and stay healthy.
