Originating in the 1920s, Bien Hoa – D**g Nai art ceramics serve as a unique bridge between Vietnamese, Cham, and Chinese pottery traditions and Western techniques.

• The Carving: Decisive incised techniques combined with intricate double-layer piercing.

• The Glaze: Multi-layered colours, highlighted by the legendary copper-green glaze – Vert de Bien Hoa.

• The Soul: The Bá Huê (One Hundred Flowers) motif – a symbol of prosperity and a lasting cultural flow.

More than just an exhibition, this is an invitation to touch and feel the spirit of Bá Huê ceramics.

Join artisan Robert Nguyen to enjoy a cup of Vietnamese tea, listen to the stories behind his Bien Hoa ceramic collection, and discover how he seamlessly blends these timeless pieces into a contemporary Vietnamese tea space.

As the early summer sun begins to warm the streets of Mississauga, Brew-tea-ful Club invites you to pause and join us for our June gathering: From Leaf to Seed – Where Heritage Meets Modern Grace.

This session is a unique sensory experience where we explore two different worlds of flavor:
• The peace and coolness of Heritage Tea, brewed by the mindful hands of Tea Artisan Robert Nguyen.
• The creative and rich taste of Salted Coffee, shared through the passionate stories of our special guest, Nha Phuong.

Together, we will step into a quiet space, learn to craft our own salted coffee, and elevate the simple "street iced tea" into a beautiful art of tasting.

As one of the 40 official vendors, we are proud to showcase a premium collection of teas that represent the soul of Vietnam:
• Shan Tuyết Tea: A rare treasure harvested from ancient tea trees that are hundreds of years old.
• Trà Lam (Bamboo-Roasted Tea): A unique tea processed and preserved inside bamboo tubes for a distinct aroma.
• Lotus Tea: An elegant blend of high-quality tea and the delicate scent of the pink lotus—our national flower.
• Oolong & Green Tea: Familiar flavors but at an exceptional, premium grade.
