IWD spotlight! ✨ Meet Shelby Wick - if you don't already know this gem of a gal & her clothing brand , then I'm so excited to give you a little sneak peek into life.

After running into Shelby several times at local pop ups, we became fast friends. The sweetest and funniest girl, she always makes attending events together even more fun. Shelby is also someone who understands the highs and lows of running a small business and someone whom I value their opinion and critique. This past fall I was lucky enough to collaborate with her on our latest brand photoshoot as she dives into her new hobby as a photographer.

A Q&A with our founder Claudine! 🔆

Q: What's your fave Hello Sunday product?

A: Hands down the Verano Facial Serum. It's summer in a bottle! I'm really into our Gua Sha these days too. It's the massage I didn't know I needed.

Q: What was the first HS product you created?

A: Our hand soap. It took me over a year to perfect. We don't buy a base soap and add to it. We traditionally make our soap by hand - it's so worth it!

Q: How did HS begin?

A: I have acne prone and sensitive skin. I wasn't excited about using prescription meds and I couldn't find anything that I liked and worked in the natural brand industry. I began playing around and testing ingredients on myself and my skin started to change. I had never seen it look so good. I wanted to share this experience with others.

Q: What inspires you?

A: When someone tells me how good their skin looks after using Hello Sunday products. Witnessing other women owned small businesses achieve their goals. Beautiful imagery. Good food. My kids.

Q: What other career would you be interested in?

A: I love cooking. Probably a vegan food blogger and recipe developer. Check out our Glow Recipes on the website!

Q: What's your current favorite food?

Q: What's your most recent show or concert you've been to?

A: - they were amazing, so fun! My BF and I like to go to comedy shows too. Can't wait for the show in a couple of weeks IYKYK

Q: What's your current fave TV shows and or books?

A: I've recently gotten into reading. I like memoirs, biographies, that sort of thing. My kids have commandeered the TV, so I've actually gotten into puzzles. Plus I'm waiting on the new season of The Handmaid's Tale to start. If you know me this is very out of character but I'm enjoying these new hobbies. 

Q: What does wellness mean to you?

A: Eating a plant-based diet, daily movement, enjoying my down time, my skincare routine, soaking up the sunshine during the warmer months and leaning into a stress free environment.
