I'm so grateful to see some new faces here — thank you for following along and supporting this little corner of the wellness world.

For those of you who are new, allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Emily, and I’m the heart behind Arden Sun Wellness. A couple of years ago, my family and I settled in Westlock, and it’s been such a joy becoming part of this kind and welcoming community. I’m a mom to a spirited and beautiful daughter, and much of my inspiration for this work is rooted in the love I have for caring and nurturing — both others and the earth.

I have a deep passion for holistic skincare, herbology, gardening, and alternative wellness. At Arden Sun, I focus on protecting the skin's natural microbiome and creating a calm, grounding space for clients to reconnect with themselves. While skin care is at the core of what I do, you’ll also find lifestyle content here — reflections on daily rituals, nourishment, and natural living — because I believe true wellness comes from the inside out.

I’m so glad you’re here. I look forward to sharing more and connecting with each of you as this community continues to grow.
