Hello to all of my new followers in The Pas 👋🏻

I think it’s time for an introduction!

My name is Melissa, I’m almost 36 years old and I have been married for 12 years. I recently moved to The Pas from Winnipeg with my husband and I’m so happy to be out of the city.

I have been in the beauty industry for just over 5 years now. I went from starting my first Aesthetician job at to opening my own part time business working out of within my first 6 months. I worked at both locations (different ends of the city) for the majority of these 5 years.

Now I’m starting fresh in The Pas, Manitoba and I’m excited to show you all what I have to offer! 💜💜

Here’s a few random details about me outside of lashes & brows:

• I have 2 dogs and 3 Guinea pigs!
• I am not having children and my mind is/has been made up for a very long time.
• I love coffee and would love to have my own little coffee shop one day.. coffee in the front, lashes & brows in the back 💁🏻‍♀️😉
• I love houseplants. I know s**t all about them and just wing it but I love them and most of them seem to be doing great 😂 I also love planting veggies! I have a nice little garden in my yard growing right now.
• I am a high school dropout but I got my GED in 2015 but JUST passed because I’m realllyyy bad at math. Especially when there is no calculator allowed 😬 lol. My brain+math= nope.

Should have brushed these beauties out a bit more but it’s been a while since I graced you all with a beautiful lash lift post 💁🏻‍♀️ lol.

Since leaving I’ve been focusing on working at Scout and figuring out when the heck we were going to move. Living in limbo for so long sucked!

So anyway, some exciting news.. it sounds like I’ve found a place to work out of when I arrive in The Pas! 💜 I’ll share more details when things are set in stone.

Well, my friends.. the time has FINALLY come. My husband and I are finally moving. We have only been planning this since Aug. 2023 🤦🏻‍♀️

Moving day is May 24th and my final day of accepting clients will be May 22nd.

It’s been a slice and it is definitely bitter sweet to end this era but… I AM SO EXCITED TO GET OUT OF THIS CITY!!!

To all of you absolutely amazing people I have met since moving to Winnipeg and since starting in the Beauty Industry, thank you, thank you, thank you! You all make me want to continue my journey as a lash and brow artist so if you or someone you know are up north… share my account 😉 😉.

I don’t have a real plan yet but i will probably at least have a set up in my new home in some way because I know I have at least one of you who will be coming to see me 😘😜
