In my little practice you will give yourself an hour of you-time. There will be candles, soft music and above all pain relief while I shall massage pain out of your achy muscles and joints. I will re energise your tired overworked bodies and overloaded minds. It might feel a tad uncomfortable at first but you will soon feel better after I flatten all your knots and put a smile on your face when your body will experience being in a pain free relaxed state again.
