𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
1. Prepare the Salmon:
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Season both sides of the fillets generously with salt and pepper.
2. Cook the Salmon:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet.
Cook for 4–5 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the fillets are about halfway cooked.
Carefully flip the fillets and cook for another 3–4 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
