PROTEIN AND MOISTURE BALANCE.

Protein and moisture are very essential for hair growth. Like I mentioned in my last post, a deficiency of either of them will cause breakage. So, how then do you strike a balance?
Depending on your hair porosity (subject for another day, by the way) you might need to use products that contain protein and moisture on your general hair routine. For example, hair with high porosity will need to use protein based products almost all the time (especially relaxed hair, since all relaxed hair are high porosity). While hair with low porosity may have to use more moisture based products than protein.

- Snaps and breaks with the slightest pressure.
