The material is discharged from the mixer onto a conveyor line and transported to the Three-roll Mill for grinding. The material is processed into soap flakes.
The soap flakes will be conveyed once again to a three-roll mill for secondary grinding.
The ground soap flakes are conveyed to the Simplex Plodder, where they are extruded into a continuous bar.

Vertical stamper through servo control and cam system,reliable and accurate .Control system adopts PLC and srevo ,colorful touch screen with English/Chinese operating screens .Electrical handwheel is used to minor control the machine for easy operation and adjustment .Machine has complete covers with safety door switches to ensure operators,safety.

This machine is the downstream soap shape forming machine in the soap production line .The transmission prat has been enhanced to enforce the stamping .And the biggest soap can be 300g .It has the advantages of smooth running ,low vibration and noise ,high productivity ,and long working life.The speed can be adjusted according to upstream plodder output speed and bar weight .

After breaking the soap blocks into pieces, place them into the Simplex Refiner and add the required additives, such as fragrances and colorants. Following the grinding process, the mixture forms into granules.
