New year, fresh start 💥If you’re new to Freeletics, don’t overcomplicate it.
Start with the basics:

1️⃣ Get familiar with the app:

Freeletics offers personalized Coach sessions tailored to your unique Training Journey.
But that’s not all — you’ll also find mobility and stretching workouts, cardio and running sessions, and hundreds of single exercises to build your own workouts. 💪

2️⃣ Create your training spaces and add your equipment:

Your home, the park, the gym, the beach… your imagination is the limit.
You can also add your available equipment, whether it’s minimal gear or full gym machines. 🏋🏽‍♀️

3️⃣ Set micro training goals to achieve bigger objectives:

Training for a 10K? Start by working on shorter distances or intervals.
Pullups or Muscleups on your 2026 goals list? Begin by practicing the kipping technique.
Breaking big goals into smaller ones will help you build strength, confidence, and consistency along the way 😉

Your last viewed Coach session is now saved for offline training, on both Android and iOS. 💪✨

Here’s how it works:
🔹 Open today’s session while you’re online
🔹 Adapt anything you need beforehand
🔹 Then go offline and… train as usual. Start, follow, finish with no signal needed.

Just one thing: videos only play if you’ve watched them before, so make sure to check any new exercises in advance.

Mountains, flights, dead zones — nothing stops your session now. 🏔️📵🔥

We heard you: constant weight switching is stressful. Now you can select Adjustable Dumbbells as available equipment, and your Coach will assign one single weight per interval to keep your flow uninterrupted. No more rushing mid-workout 🔥

3️⃣ Suspension Trainer & Weighted Vest Support
We’ve expanded your training possibilities:
* Suspension trainer: now compatible with 21 exercises
