Hello and welcome! I’m Nisha, and I’d like to share with you why I do what I do. My journey into the world of massage therapy is deeply personal. While I became a certified massage therapist in 2015, it wasn’t until years later that I would delve in the healing practice as a form of restoration for myself. After going through my own struggles with trauma, pain, and a season of illness, massage therapy became my lifeline – a path to healing that not only restored my body but my soul.

Massage therapy became more than just physical relief; it was a way of rediscovering who I truly am. Through the power of touch, I found peace, strength, and transformation. It’s this same profound healing experience that I now offer to you.

My mission is to create a sanctuary where you can experience not just physical relaxation, but emotional and mental renewal as well. Whether you’re healing from trauma, managing chronic pain, or simply need a moment to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to guide you on your own journey to wellness.

Nature’s Touch Body Therapy and Wellness Services/Spa - run by Misana Harris, has been instrumental in my healing journey and has helped refine my skills, taught me new forms of massage techniques and body treatments. You can book with Nisha at Nature’s Touch Spa and indulge in the services that we offer.

With my increased knowledge and experience I’m now offering Home Massage Services where you can choose from Swedish Massages, Deep Tissue Massages and massages with a focus on Back, Neck and Shoulders.
