How to prepare for the procedure and act during it?

* Eat. If you have eaten easily digestible food - you are ready to roll after 25 minutes. If you have eaten meat or hard-to-digest food, take your seat on Roll shaper after 45 minutes.
* Choose comfortable slim-fitted sports clothes - leggings, long sleeves t-shirt, socks
* Drink. During the procedure you will lose liquids, so it is important to stay hydrated. If you forget to bring your bottle of water, you are always welcome to take a glass of it in our studio.
* Press PAUSE if liquids are ready to leave your body. Take your time in the Ladies room and come back to continue whenever you are ready.
* Sometimes during massage and heat combination (Roll shaper is equipped with Infrared lamp that reduces fat cells ) you may feel a bit dizzy, especially if you came hungry. Don’t worry and relax for 5-10 minutes. Continue when you feel better.
