Benefits for adults with ADHD:

• Helps calm a busy, overstimulated nervous system

• Improves focus by synchronizing movement and breath

• Releases physical tension held in the body

• Brings your attention back to the present moment

• Creates a sense of calm and grounded energy before your day begins

Save this for tomorrow morning, and send it to someone whose mind never seems to slow down.

We often overlook pranayama — yet slow, conscious breathing is one of the most powerful tools for the nervous system.

It may look simple, but it is actually a direct way of communicating with your nervous system.

When you slow your breath, something subtle begins to change:
→ your heart rate begins to slow
→ your muscles release tension
→ your stress response begins to soften
→ your body starts to feel safer again

This is not about forcing calm.
It is about giving your system a different signal to follow.

Your body already knows how to regulate — it just needs reminders.

✨ One slow breath is enough to begin.

Save this for moments when everything feels like too much — and return to your breath.
