Hello friends! 👋🏼 My name is Valerie, I’m from Vienna (Austria) and I live in Barcelona. All things baking, pastries and cakes have been my favorite way to fill any extra time and hungry tummies ever since my internship in Cafe Central Vienna 🎂 Since a year I’ve been picking up again and I’d love to make the cake for your special occasion! This is one of the first cakes I made experimenting with fondant. It’s called Flower Power 🌺 and is made with a lemon yoghurt base and some pink butter cream 💖 It was for little Maria’s 7th birthday!

Este pastel se llamaTarta Hawaii. 🌺 El bizcocho es de limón y yogur y la tarta lleva crema de mantequilla rosa 💖 para la pequeña María que cumplí 7 años!
