Christmas Yoga & Brunch Club π§ββοΈπ©βπ³π
Itβs December and the holidays are coming.
This year I canβt spend Christmas with my family, so Iβm offering a Christmas Yoga & Brunch π€Έπ©βπ³
for everyone in the same situation.
We spend a wonderful morning together, practise yoga, enjoy a delicious brunch and talk about the Circle of Life.
In this exercise, you can reflect on your different areas of life. You will realize that you are happy with some, but others can be improved. Iβll give you advices on how to find more balance and joy.π«
It will be a get-together with like-minded people and mutual inspiration.

Thatβs normal, but donβt forget that you can see something positive in everything.
There is always a learning that you can take with you.
Relax and remember that life is fun. Go through the day with joy.
Write a list of small things that make you happy.
If you donβt feel so good, take a look at this list and put some of it into practice.
