Sonia Ribas Health Coach
I help you achieve your dreams of becoming a Mother. I boost your fertility naturally and effectively
PCOS (now often referred to as PMOS, Polycystic Metabolic O***y Syndrome).
Insulin resistance.
Painful periods.
Acne.
Feeling completely overwhelmed by all the conflicting fertility advice online.
This is where one of my clients was when we first met.
She knew she wanted to support her fertility naturally, but she had no idea where to start.
Should she focus on supplements?
Nutrition?
Exercise?
Blood sugar?
Hormones?
Stress?
The truth is that most women with PCOS/PMOS are not lacking information.
They’re drowning in it.
And when you’re trying to get pregnant, that overwhelm can become another source of stress.
That’s why we do fertility differently.
Instead of guessing, we create a personalized roadmap based on your body, your labs, your symptoms, and your goals.
Because fertility is rarely about doing more.
It’s about focusing on the right things in the right order.
Today, she’s pregnant. ❤️
And her story is a reminder that a diagnosis of PCOS/PMOS does not mean motherhood is out of reach.
If you’ve been diagnosed with PCOS or PMOS and you’re not sure what to focus on next, DM me the word PCOS and I’ll share what I would look at first.

What if you’re not broken?
After helping welcome more than 700 babies over the last 15+ years, I’ve seen something over and over again.
Women being told:
• PCOS
• Low AMH
• Unexplained infertility
• Failed IVF
• Recurrent miscarriage
And slowly starting to believe their body is the problem.
But what if that’s not true?
What if your body isn’t broken?
What if it’s simply missing the right support, the right information, and a personalized plan that looks at the whole picture instead of a single diagnosis?
Because fertility is rarely about one number.
One lab.
One symptom.
Or one diagnosis.
It’s about understanding the environment your body is operating in and giving it what it needs to thrive.
I’ve seen women conceive with PCOS.
I’ve seen women conceive with low AMH.
I’ve seen women conceive after failed IVF.
I’ve seen women conceive after years of trying.
Not because they were fixed.
Because they were finally supported.
If you’re feeling stuck and wondering what to do next, DM me **FERTILITY** and I’ll share what I would focus on first.
Sonia ❤️
You can do everything “right” and still feel like your body is working against you.
Tracking.
Researching.
Analyzing every symptom.
Bracing for disappointment every month.
What many women don’t realize is that fertility is not just hormonal.
It is neurological.
It is physiological.
It is deeply connected to the environment your body experiences every day.
When the nervous system spends months or years stuck in survival mode, the body prioritizes protection over creation.
This is not about blame.
And it is definitely not about being told to “just relax.”
It is about understanding that your body responds differently when it feels supported, nourished, and safe.
After 15+ years as a fertility coach and more than 700 babies welcomed, I can tell you this:
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is creating the conditions where fertility can thrive.
Your body is not broken.
It may simply be asking for a different kind of support.
DM me BALANCE and I’ll share what I would focus on first to help support your fertility naturally. ✨
Low AMH can feel terrifying.
But low AMH does not mean no baby.
One of the biggest mistakes I see is women being told a number and immediately assuming their fertility journey is over.
AMH measures ovarian reserve.
It does not measure your ability to get pregnant this month.
It does not measure egg quality.
And it certainly does not determine your worth as a woman.
After helping welcome more than 700 babies over the last 15+ years, I’ve seen women with low AMH conceive naturally, conceive with support, and go on to become mothers despite being told their chances were slim.
Because fertility is bigger than one lab result.
Inflammation matters.
Mitochondrial health matters.
Blood sugar balance matters.
Sleep matters.
Stress physiology matters.
Your body is a system.
And when we focus only on AMH, we can miss the bigger picture.
If you’ve been told your AMH means you’ve run out of options, don’t panic.
DM me AMH and I’ll share what I would focus on first to support egg quality and fertility naturally.
Sometimes what looks like self sabotage is actually self protection.
After enough negative pregnancy tests…
miscarriages…
failed IVF cycles…
or hearing words that shattered your hope…
the brain starts trying to protect you from more pain.
So you hesitate.
You stay in research mode.
You delay making decisions.
You pull away from support.
Not because you don’t want a baby badly enough.
But because disappointment has become exhausting.
Over the last 15+ years, I’ve seen this pattern again and again.
Women who want a baby more than anything…
yet find themselves stuck.
Not because they’re lazy.
Not because they’re not trying hard enough.
Because their nervous system is bracing for another heartbreak.
This is why fertility is about so much more than hormones, supplements, and lab work.
Sometimes you need support.
Sometimes you need guidance.
Sometimes you need someone to help you carry the weight you’ve been carrying alone.
You are not failing.
You are protecting yourself.
And you do not have to do this alone.
DM me SUPPORT and I’ll share what I would focus on first.
Your body does not separate physical stress from emotional stress.
To your nervous system, pressure is pressure.
The endless Google searches.
The fertility podcasts at midnight.
The fear that time is running out.
The monthly disappointment.
The feeling that everyone else is moving forward except you.
Over time, that stress load becomes biology.
Sleep can suffer.
Blood sugar can become less stable.
Inflammation can increase.
Recovery can decrease.
Hormones can become more vulnerable to dysregulation.
And no, this is not another version of “just relax.”
I dislike that advice as much as you do.
This is about understanding that your body is adaptive. It is constantly responding to the environment it perceives.
After 15+ years as a fertility coach and helping welcome more than 700 babies, one of the biggest patterns I see is women trying to heal while emotionally living in survival mode.
Your body is not broken.
Your body is not your enemy.
Sometimes the most supportive thing you can do for fertility is create moments where your body no longer feels under attack.
Because fertility support often needs to go deeper than ovulation strips, supplements, and lab work alone.
Save this as a reminder: your body may be asking for support, not more pressure.
DM me HOPE if you’d like to learn how we address both the physical and emotional side of fertility inside The Fertility Solution.
One of the biggest misconceptions in fertility
is thinking IVF guarantees success
because embryos were created.
But creating embryos
does not automatically solve
the factors that impact:
implantation,
egg quality,
pregnancy outcomes,
or sustaining life.
The body is still involved.
And this is where many women fall through the cracks.
Because inflammation still matters.
Metabolic health still matters.
Blood sugar still matters.
Sleep still matters.
Stress physiology still matters.
IVF can be an incredible tool.
But it also has major gaps when the foundations underneath are ignored.
I’m Sonia Ribas, fertility coach, and after 15+ years and 700+ babies welcomed, I can tell you this:
fertility is bigger than one procedure alone.
Women deserve support
that looks at the whole picture.
DM me IVF
if you want to understand
what I would personally focus on
before another cycle.
So many women trying to get pregnant are living in a constant state of pressure without even realizing it anymore.
Tracking every symptom.
Overthinking every cycle.
Waiting for bad news before it even happens.
Feeling like their body is failing them.
And over time, the body starts responding to that stress physiology.
Your fertility is not just about hormones.
Your nervous system matters too.
Not because you need to “just relax.”
But because the body was never designed to create life while constantly feeling under attack.
Sometimes the most healing question is not:
“How do I control this?”
But:
“What would help me feel safe again?”
DM me SAFE if this resonates and I’ll help you understand what I would personally look at first to support your fertility naturally 🤍
One of the most powerful tools we use inside my programs for women who have heard “no” for years…
after loss,
failed cycles,
grief,
trauma,
and disappointment…
is subconscious rewiring.
Because the subconscious part of the brain speaks two languages:
emotion and repetition.
This is why we do so much work around nervous system regulation and learning how to shift out of fight or flight and into rest and digest.
And once the brain becomes more receptive?
That’s when tools like personalized self affirmations become incredibly powerful.
Not because we are “pretending everything is okay.”
But because repetition and emotional safety help create new neural pathways.
