• Do a gentle exfoliation 1-2 days before
This removes dead skin cells and helps prevent ingrown hairs
• Keep your skin moisturized
But avoid heavy oils right before the procedure
• Ideal hair length is 5–7 mm
This makes the treatment faster and more comfortable
• Avoid tanning beds and strong sun exposure 24 hours before

🚫 What NOT to do on the day of your appointment:
• Do not apply creams, oils, or lotions
• Do not come right after an intense workout
• Do not schedule sauna or hot bath immediately after the procedure
• Do not shave between sessions

⚠️ Who should NOT do sugaring:
• Skin damage: wounds, burns, strong irritation
• Active skin conditions in flare-up stage
• Active herpes
• Fresh tan or aggressive peels
• Uncontrolled diabetes (only with doctor’s approval)
• Individual intolerance to ingredients
• Varicose veins in any form (especially pronounced stages — phlebologist consultation required)
