Resolve clinic

I’m sure everyone is enjoying this amazing weather! So good to get out in the garden to tidy up, plant, paint fences etc. Or you be out running, in your bike or enjoying some water sports. After a less active winter this might come at a cost ! Your muscles might ache, your back could be sore and you will feel satisfied but more tired. Make sure to stay hydrated, rest plenty too and book yourself in for a massage and you will have a great summer 😎☀️

New year , new you! Time for self-care ! Find your calm and re-energise amongst the stormy weather. Looking after yourself is not a luxury it’s a necessity, book yourself in for treatment whenever you can.

I’m slowly opening up the clinic doors again. Limited appointments only but am feeling so happy putting my healing hands to use again.
I love the one on one time and helping folk to feel better.
Normality returning!

Sad day !

With great regret I had to make the decision to not reopen the clinic for just now!
With the Alford Bistro needing all my attention at the moment I feel I would not have the energy and focus my clients need and deserve.
I’m deeply saddened it has come to this but once the Bistro is up and running properly and the bistro team can do without me I will be back at the clinic caring for all you lovely people out there!
For now look after yourselves keep moving, drink plenty of water and feed your body with the nourishing food it deserves.
Hope to start again soon. Watch this space!

Here we go again! Due to tier 4 restrictions I have to close the clinic till further notice. I think I have been in touch with all of you who had appointments booked and will post again as soon as I know when we can start up again. Take care if yourselves and remember to stretch and keep moving.

What a year we’ve had! We’ve been up and down, open and shutdown, worried sad and anxious but resilient and inventive and I’m sure I’m not alone when I say we learned a lot and are more appreciative of the important things in live. Family, friends, pets, nature,food and safe shelter all things we take for granted but without realising their importance.
What is also important is to look after yourself and be kind to yourself. So take it easy this festive period and enjoy some time out with your loved ones. The clinic is closed from the 16th of December till 11th of January. I will be refreshed and ready to tackle all your physical problems then. Have a lovely time.

Morning all. Hope you’re all well and staying positive.
As most of you know Alison and I run a massage support clinic at the district nurses offices on Gordon rd. We use to be part of IRIS cancer partnership but unfortunately they have folded. With help from Gloria Malcolm we had applied to become our own charity and found out yesterday we have been granted charitable status and can now work and fundraisers on our own.
Nice to get some good news!
As soon as we are allowed we will be back and hope to provide an even better service than before. Till then stay happy and stay safe!

As you all might already know, the government has told certain businesses to close down and stop working with immediate effect. Massage clinics are in this group so hereby I am cancelling all future appointments till further notice.
Please take care of yourself and start or continue a stretching/ strengthening regime. If anyone needs any help with this you can contact me and depending on your condition I can advise you by phone .
Let’s hope this won’t last long and the world will return to some form of normality .
