Just been out to do week 1 run 1 of couch to 5K. I had my Recharge before going out and felt like I could take on a full 5k, however, I had my 7 year old shadow with me. Now time to warm up because it rained on us.

Good morning everyone.

I had an injury to my chest on New Year's Eve and I have been struggling to get my breath since. This is the first day that I feel able to cope with daily life fully and it is down, in part, to taking my Recharge every day.

I find it a miracle drink for me as, with having asthma, I always struggled a bit more to do energetic tasks util I started taking Recharge each day.

My work on Saturday was hard as I think I have got internal bruising, but I managed to get through the shift without many issues which I put down to the little pot of Recharge.

Had an amazingly early start this morning and I'm still out 10 hours later. Recharge definitely works wonders for me, as I would normally be reaching for an energy drink by now. I am tired but giving my family good memories to drown out the bad

I start my day the right way with my little drink.
