When should my horse be massaged?

⭐️ box rest - if horse is able to, this helps encourage blood flow around the horses body and get help ease any stiffness
⭐️ routinely - routine massages help prevent horses getting injuries and increases these overall wellbeing
⭐️ pre-event - a sort of “warm up” before an event
⭐️ post event - to help ease muscles and release any tension from the event
