I’ve been a little quiet on Socials lately, mainly because I’ve felt that I haven’t had much left in the tank…

This week I’ve taken some time out, time for me, to pause, reset and re-evaluate where it is that I want to be and the direction in which I’m heading…

Life has been heavy,
🔥 Inflammation has set back in and been hard to control;
🐘 Mum guilt sat on my chest like a 10 tonne elephant;
📣 Self doubt screaming at me from every direction

But, allowing myself space to breath, more time with my family and time to pause and reflect I’m starting to feel a little more in control again, I’m excited to see what the future of Face Lounge has in store and I’m optimistic about the future - I started this journey with intention, with so much love and an overwhelming desire to want to help others feeling how I once did in my own skin.

So from today, I am choosing to drown out the noise we’re surrounded by in this industry and in the world of Social Media, stay true to myself and focus on my goals & intentions 🫶🏽
