🧡 A Huge Congratulations to Matilda! 🧡

This time last week, Matilda had started an incredible week of professional training at Dermalogica Headquarters in Leatherhead, and we couldn't be prouder of everything she has achieved.

Her passion for learning, dedication and enthusiasm have shone through from the very beginning, and this is another exciting milestone in her journey here at The Retreat.

Completing her Dermalogica training means Matilda is now qualified to deliver our professional Dermalogica facial treatments, bringing even more knowledge, confidence and personalised skincare advice to our clients.

At The Retreat, we believe that investing in education is one of the most important things we can do. It allows us to continue providing the highest standards of treatment and ensures our clients always receive the very best care.

We're so excited to watch Matilda continue to grow, develop and flourish as a therapist, and we know this is only the beginning of an exciting career.

A BIG Thank you and shout out to Isla who looked after the salon at the weekend while I celebrated my eldest daughter turning 18 at Centre Parcs!

I learnt that I am no longer down with the kids and I need a week to recover!

I am back in the salon tomorrow and looking forward to seeing all our clients.

Today marks one whole year since Isla joined The Retreat... and what an incredible year it has been!

From the very beginning, Isla has shown such kindness, professionalism and genuine passion for making every client feel welcome, relaxed and cared for.

Over the past year we've watched her confidence grow, her skills flourish and her love for the beauty industry shine through in everything she does.

So many of you have got to know Isla over the last 12 months, whether through your regular treatments, your skincare journey or simply enjoying a little time to relax in her treatment room.

Your support has meant the world to her, and to us. We are so proud of everything she has achieved in her first year, and this is only the beginning.
