Work hard, play harder....it's the weekend!

Life is ten percent what happens to you and ninety percent how you respond to it.
If you can't do great things today, start doing small things but in a great way.

Word for the week-I can achieve it, if my mind can conceive it and my heart believes it. Nothing is impossible, the word says I'm possible."

Have a blessed week πŸ™

Everyone in the family should learn this β€” yes, even grandparents πŸ‘΄πŸ»

The way you carry your newborn matters more than you think.

If you hold your baby in a way that lets the head drop backward, you’re putting unnecessary strain on their neck.

At this age, babies don’t yet have the reflex to hold their head back.

That reflex only comes after they’ve built strength in their anterior chain β€” the muscles in the front of their body.

This development usually happens around 4.5 months, sometimes as early as 3.5 months if they’re well-supported.

Before that, babies are working on their posterior chain, the muscles in the back that lay the foundation for strong posture later on.

When you carry your baby in the right way (the tiger hold), they naturally activate and strengthen those back muscles.

Every little movement is like a gentle rep at the gym β€” no tummy time needed.

It’s simple, effective, and helps your baby build strength safely from your arms.
