Something a little different from the food posts…

As most of you know, we lost our dearest Sonia to breast cancer in June. It has been tough trying to navigate our way through life when the person who held it all together is no longer here. The support we have received from the community has been amazing and we want to give back.
Lucie, one of Sonia’s daughters, has decided to do a raffle with all proceeds going to Termonmaguirc Cancer Patients Comfort Fund. This charity offers support and guidance to those affected by cancer and go above and beyond when doing so. This charity is very close to our hearts and we want to give back to them so that they can continue their hard work for more years to come.

We would like to thank our neighbours, The Hair Parlour and Meraki Beauty for their kind donations and to The Crafty Mad Hatter for making this hamper for us; all these ladies played a very big role in Sonia’s life and we are so grateful for their support throughout the past months❤️
The winner will be announced on 14th November (SJ’s Takeaway’s 4th Anniversary)

A forever friend and neighbour 💔
Yesterday I said my final goodbye to one of my closest friends and client.
I have been neighbours with Sonia for almost four years, we became best friends and I could have never asked for anyone better.
It was never good for our waist but she always looked after everyone.
I am so lucky so have seen Sonia on her last few days, I will treasure that memory forever🥰

My thoughts go out to Derek, their six children. Caitlyn, Cara-Lee, Lucie, Ella, Taylor and Marky. And all her close family members.

Beragh will never forget Sonia for the kind and hard working person she was.
I will miss seeing her every morning for our chats.
Hold your loved ones tight.
Rest in peace Sonia❤️
