Can you tell if your nail is properly prepped?

Most techs skip this step without even realising it. After applying your dehydrator, wait. Let it fully evaporate before you do anything else! Once it’s gone, your nail should look chalky and matte. If you see any shiny, oily or smooth patches go back in again and lightly etch. Those spots will lift. 🚨
