Haircutting Masterclass launches in Birmingham
Join our expert Dan Fisher in this all-day session designed to help you improve your cutting techniques, scissor work and confidence with different hair styles.
This session is open to all apprentices and full-time learners.

A little throwback to our Birmingham stylists who sat their End Point Assessment earlier on in May!
What a day! After all the hard work, practice and dedication, these learners completed the final stage of their apprenticeship journey.
Some of you might have your results by now 👀 If you do, tag us in your certificate photos as we'd love to see them and celebrate with you.

Our Level 3 Adult Course in Barbering learners share why they chose barbering, why the learner loan route worked for them, and how we supported them throughout their journey.

Mental Health Awareness Week (11th-18th May) is a reminder that looking after yourself is for every day not just when it's really bad.

Reflections Training Academy is hosting an Open Day on Friday 29th May at 1pm for anyone aged 16+ thinking about a career in Hairdressing or Barbering.
If you’re creative, love working with people and want to get into the hair industry, this is your chance to come and see what it’s really like.
You’ll be able to tour the academy, meet the team, explore our courses and find out how our apprenticeships and full-time programmes work.
No GCSE requirements and you can start your apprenticeship any time!

We’re looking for:

• Different hair types & styles
• Anyone wanting to freshen up their look
Services available completely FREE:
• Haircuts
• Beard trims
• Wet shaves
• Fades, trims, crew cuts - whatever you want
Everybody has to learn somewhere so come support the next generation of barbers while getting a fresh cut for free.

A huge thank you to Kim Duong Hair for the bridal hair workshop hosted for our learners back in April.
Workshops like this give our apprentices a real insight into what working in the bridal industry is actually like.
Our learners said: "We love it when stylists come in to our academy...it gave me so much more confidence with bridal styling techniques"
