🤍 CLIENT BOOKING POLICY UPDATE 🤍

Hi everyone! Just a little update regarding appointment bookings and deposits.

As my client base continues to grow, I've found it much harder to keep rearranging appointments and manage last-minute cancellations. As this is my full-time job, I organise my days around my bookings, and every appointment is time that has been set aside especially for you.

When I don't take a deposit and a client cancels at the last minute or doesn't turn up, I'm often left with an appointment I can't fill. That leaves a gap in my diary and, unfortunately, means I don't get paid for that time.

After a lot of thought, I've decided that a 50% deposit will now be required to secure all appointments. This wasn't a decision I wanted to make, but it's something I need to do to protect my business and my time.

My new booking policy is as follows:

• A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• No deposit, no booking.

• Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking. If payment isn't received, your appointment will not be secured and the slot may be offered to someone else.

• Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as for no-shows or missed appointments.

• Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
