Some of you may have noticed I’ve been a little quieter lately, or that appointments have had to be rearranged. I want to say a heartfelt thank you for your patience and understanding.

The reason is a very special one — I’m expecting a baby ✨
Unfortunately, the early part of my pregnancy has come with hyperemesis, which has been incredibly challenging and at times made it impossible for me to be as present as I’d like to be.

I’m truly sorry to anyone who’s been affected by cancellations or changes, and I’m so grateful for the kindness and support I’ve received. I’m starting to feel more like myself again and can’t wait to continue welcoming you all back into clinic.

When injecting with filler, I always aspirate. Aspirating is a safety measure used to identify whether the needle is in a blood vessel- when this happens a flashback of blood with appear. When using filler it is vital to avoid Injecting in the way of the body’s blood flow- as this can lead to all sorts of complications.
Although aspirating isn’t 100% accurate due to needle movement etc, it definitely is an important preventative measure.

This is an example of a positive flashback which happened in clinic recently, all the effective steps were taken and client left with gorgeous SAFE results 🩷✨
